Hello and welcome! My name is Persis and I am a movement specialist, and nutrition coach working in Kelowna and surrounding areas.

I specialize in working with people of all ages who are new to fitness and nutrition, as well as injury rehabilitation.

I utilize the fundamentals of movement, and the basics of healthy eating, to help my clients build confidence and strength!

Whether you are brand new to working out and need some guidance, been working out for a while but want to make sure you have a solid foundation to train from, or recovering from a injury, I can help!

My mission is to help you feel awesome about yourself and the body you have! I want to give you the skills you need to reach your goals (or make some if you aren’t there yet), and stay on track. I want you to be your best you and live life to it’s fullest!
